What are your office hours?

Which payment methods are accepted?
NPUSA Mall accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. We currently do not accept American Express credit cards, Paypal or money orders.
Why did my credit card get declined?
If your billing information does not match the information your financial institution, your credit card can be declined. If your credit card was declined, call your financial institution to verify the billing information they have on file or if they could have flagged your purchase.
What if I made a mistake with my order?
If there was a mistake with your order (i.e. you ordered the wrong size or wrong version of the trifolds, etc.), contact us immediately. Let us know in the what your order # was, what you originally purchased, and what you intended to purchase within 24 hours. We may call or email you to verify the changes in your order.
How do I enter in my information for my business cards?
You may enter your information in the dialogue box before check out in the same page. It will ask for your name, number, email, your marketing site and member ID#.
You may also enter that information during the checkout process. During the checkout process, there is a “Notes” section at the bottom of the page.
You will be sent a proof of your business cards and you must approve them before they are sent out to print.
How do I return/exchange an item?
If you are unsatisfied with your item, you may return or exchange new, resalable items within 30 days of purchase.
You may bring your returns to the Las Vegas Pop Up for a full refund if you purchased the item within 30 days of your order date and if the item is in new, resalable condition.
You may also ship it to the Las Vegas Pop Up to receive a full refund. However, you must pay for your own postage to return or exchange the items.
We will process returns and exchanges as soon as we receive your items. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, funds should be credited into your account within 3-7 business days.
Do you ship items internationally?
If your order will be shipped internationally, please call Customer Service 1-800-378-0321 to create a special order to do so. You must pay international shipping & handling fees.
